Education: Graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Civil Engineering Institute in 1989. Was qualified as a civil engineer.

Graduated from the Kiev Higher Banking School of the International Center of Market Relations and Entrepreneurship in 1999. Received the qualification «Banking specialist»

Experience: 16 years in the banking system.

Previous jobs: CB «PrivatBank», OJSC «Bank Finance and Credit», CJSC «Bank Petrocommerce-Ukraine», National Bank of Ukraine.

Married, one son.

Igor Manishin

Vice Chairman of the Board

Since April 2006 was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of the Bank.

Education: Graduated from Far Eastern State Technical Fisheries University in 1985. Received a degree in Engineering.

Graduated from the National Academy of Management in 1995. Was qualified as an economist with a degree in Financial Management.

Experience: 14 years in the banking system.

Previous jobs: OCB «Antares», OCB  «Intercontinentbank», OJSC «Active-Bank», Ltd. «Ukrprombank», OJSC Bank «Finance and Credit».

Married, one daughter.

Konstantin Ukhimenko

Vice Chairman of the Board

Since October 2009 was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of the Bank.

Education:

Graduated from J.Mudriy National Law Academy of Ukraine in 2002. Was qualified as a lawyer.

Graduated from V. Getman Kiev National Economic University in 2007. Was qualified as a specialist in finance.

Experience: 18 years in the banking system.

Natalya Bytrikova

Vice Chairman of the Board

Since December 2009 was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of the Bank.

Education:

Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev in 2000. Received Economics degree in Finance.

Experience: 13 years in the banking system.

Previous jobs: Board of Directors of the Bank «Ukraine» in the Kirovograd region, JSC Bank  «Synthes», Kiev subsidiary OJSC Bank  «Ukrkommunbank», JSC «UkrSibbank».

Married, two daughters.

Andrii Oliinyk

Vice Chairman of the Board

Appointed as the Deputy Head of the Management Board in September 2010. Before worked in the capacity of Director for Market Analysis and Marketing Offer with PJSC «VTB Bank»

Education: Graduated from MA Program in Economics with the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, major: «Economic theory»

Professional experience: 4 years in banking; 3,5 years in consulting.

Previous employment: PJSC «VTB Bank,» PJSC ACIB UkrSibbank, Finpro Ukraine

Iana Nidelska

Chief Financial Officer

Since October 2009 was appointed CFO of the Bank.

Education: Graduated from Kiev National Economic University in 1998. Received master qualification of Investment Management.

Experience: 9 years in the banking system.

Previous jobs: JSC Bank  «Synthes», JSC CB  «Ukrsocbank», OJSC  «Agricultural Commercial Bank».
