According to the decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.05.2010 №  368 «On the issue of bonds of internal state loan for refunding the value added tax» Ministry of Finance has identified a list of banks that would participate in the process of refunding VAT through bonds.

Chairman of the Board of Eurobank Dmitry Furman commented on this event: «According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Eurobank has the opportunity to work for refunding VAT through bonds and we are certainly going to offer this opportunity to our existing and new clients».

The mechanism of work briefly described the Head of securities trading and investment activities of PJSC CB «Eurobank» Natalia Panasenko: «To receive the refund companies should apply before June 25 to the Tax administration of the region, where the company is registered, to give a request for refunding VAT through bonds of internal state loan. After forming the list of companies for refunding, company should take an excerpt from this register, and go with it to Eurobank for organizing further procedures of bonds execution. To work in this direction Eurobank has developed preferential tariffs for on custody services».
