«On June 28 we received the permission of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) to include 63,7 mln. hrn. in the capital of PJSC CB „Eurobank“, which were attracted in terms of subordinated debt», — informed Dmytro Furman, the Chairman of the Board. He also added that strategic vision and support of bank's stockholders led to the reduction of the inconveniences which were caused by the lack of the regulatory capital. «Thereby we not only met the demand concerning the minimum volume of 120 mln. hrn of the regulatory capital, which was imposed by the NBU Act # 273 and severely limited bank's interaction with clients, but also acquired additional opportunities for the development of „Eurobank“ — pointed out Dmytro Furman.

As of 12.08.2010 the regulatory capital of PJSC CB „Eurobank“ amounts 131, 469 mln. hrn.
