Maleev Andrey Gennadievich, who occupied the position of the Vice Chairman of the Board, by the decision of the Supervisory Board of PJSC CB «EUROBANK», was excluded from the Board of Directors since 6 April, 2012 due to his voluntary resignation. No one was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Board as a substitute for the dismissed employee.
