A Fund guaranteeing to every bank depositor — participant of Fund compensation of funds on his deposits, including percents, in size of deposits on the day of deposits unavailability, but no more than a certain by current Ukrainian legislation guaranteed amount for deposits in each of these banks.
In accordance with Ukrainian Law «On primary measures on prevention of negative consequences of financial crisis and about making alteration in some legislative acts of Ukraine» №  639-VI from 31.10.2008, compensation size of funds on deposits, including percents, due to facilities of Fund increased to 150 000 hryvnas.
